Today is my first day back working by myself in weeks.  I resolved not to lift any more boxes and particularly not to lift them from the ground.  I definitely don't want to damage myself further.

You may have noticed that I haven't been around much for the last couple of weeks.  The main reason is because I have injured my back, and I have been finding it difficult to work.  It seems I have an inability to say "no" when people ask me to help them with boxes, and I have managed to re-injure myself enough that now I am incapacitated with significant back spasms if I even think about moving around too much.  Bending to the bottom shelves is a big problem, as is sitting or standing for too long.  Since it isn't great customer service to be lying on the floor, I haven't been overly effec
