We've been accepting books at both locations since the New Year and as expected, Cobble Hill had a huge influx due to the moratorium in December.  Thankfully we had some room for all the incoming and so we aren't completely overrun, so keep on bringing us the good stuff.  A book store without new interesting inventory would be quite boring.  We put out over 100 books a day so there's always something fresh on the shelves.<br />

  <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>December is here!  After Months of being surrounded by towers of boxes, it is finally that time of year when our Cobble Hill store puts a hold on incoming books.  As we do every year in December, we put a sign on the door and say no to incoming batches of books.  We focus our energy on getting all of those boxes emptied out and put onto the shelves so there is tonnes of fresh inventory to select.  There's an impending holiday season upon us and we have to get those books out on the shelf.  Thank you for your cooperation during our catch up time.<br />

  <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>Hi everyone.  We've been trying to keep up with the books coming in since mid june, but it's been a losing battle.  We have to put a stop to the large estates and downsizing drop-offs for the time being.  We just don't have the space.  We will try to implement a ONE box/bag limit on incoming books.  Please do not find a garbage bag or the biggest box you have and fill it up; we don't want to cause back injuries.  Small to medium size boxes and bags only.  Thank you for your help.</p>

That means we are welcoming books into the store again.  Thank you for your patience while we sorted out the logjam.</p>
